Live Plants

All live plant sales are final unless covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Non-plant items may be returned within 30 days if: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
