8. Terms of Sale — Carnivorous Plant Species

By purchasing carnivorous plants from Sprouse Triple M Carnivores LLC, you agree to the following species-specific terms:

• Captive Propagation: All plants sold are nursery grown or legally propagated. We do not sell illegally wild-collected plants.
• Conservation Awareness: Certain carnivorous plants are protected in the wild. Customers agree not to poach wild specimens, resell illegally sourced plants, or misrepresent cultivated origin.
• Growing Responsibility: Customers acknowledge carnivorous plants require specialized care including purified water, nutrient-poor soil, adequate light, and dormancy (for temperate species).
• Regulated Species: Some species or hybrids may be restricted in certain states. Orders violating regulations will be canceled.
• California Soil Rule: All California plant sales ship bare root with no soil.
• Educational Purpose: Plants are sold for horticultural and educational purposes only.
